Luke has been working in the pit since he was 14, learning the business alongside his dad and dreaming about the day he would get to run it himself. That history is behind everything Schafers Aggregates does today.

Family has always come first for Luke—and this business feels like an extension of that family. He takes real pride in earning customers’ trust, delivering great service, and helping every project come together the right way. It’s work he loves, and it shows.
